I love working with others and was delighted to win the 2025 Holistic Practitioners Award for “Excellence in Integrative Collaboration”. Also the Wild Women in Business 2024 “Business of the Year” was affirmation that we are heading in a direction of both interest and assistance to the personal and professional needs of community. I am passionate about helping others set up trauma informed and neurodiverse affirming businesses and programs for the integrated health and therapy sector. This includes supporting allied health professionals to integrate wellbeing practices safely with their evidence informed practice. And I love helping those in the wellbeing sector develop therapeutic programs for their clients which are both psychologically safe and trauma informed – because it is not as easy as it seems.
I have been involved in the farm based sector for over a decade and I have moved private practice through different funding models and trends in healthcare and therapy over the years and love
Barefoot Therapists is a Child & Family Multi Disciplinary Team which Sarah established in 2012 to provide therapy for children on the Mornington Peninsula and support for their families.
Equine Reiki Collective is a small group of equine reiki masters who provide education and experiential learning opportunities in reiki training for self, human and animal healing.
Gadara Farm is a therapy care farm on the Mornington Peninsula which provides a therapeutic learning environment and support Sarah’s professional development offerings the in-person programs.
We are a group of experienced complementary practitioners who develop and deliver nature-based wellbeing programs on the Mornington Peninsula including yoga, meditation, reiki, massage, drumming, sound, coaching, mentoring & tutoring.
Equine Therapies Australia is a professional development group who provide experiential training in equine assisted therapy and in providing therapy for horses.
